Job Description.

To assist residents throughout the night ensuring there safety is maintained., and supporting there needs, To undertake certain domestic duties, carry out regular checks on each resident at regular intervals.

To record care on the PCS system and update data throughout the night to be able to work on own initiative and be able to deal with emergencies as they arise, and act responsible.

To ensure that documentation is accurately recorded and handovers are concise and confidentiality is maintained DBS to be payable by employee
