Main Purpose The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive organisational and administrative support to an Adviser within Pinnacle Wealth Management.


This is not your average Assistant role, it has an element of a typical Personal Assistant role plus a heavily involved Business Administrator element.

You will need to be excellent at managing a number of tasks at anyone time. Prioritisation and attention to detail are key.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately recording all meeting records and notes within Salesforce
  • Managing client actions using Salesforce Tasks
  • Sending and chasing LOA's
  • Completing CYC's and CFR's, preparing transfers packs
  • Preparing Lifeplans. Ensure all documents are appropriately personalised, accurate and comply with Pinnacle standards
  • Preparing Voyant reports. Inputting the client's information in order to create a base plan, create 'what if' scenarios and generate reports
  • New business case submissions via Lifeplan and CFR's
  • Preparing Analytics reports. Locating funds and prepopulating client portfolios, producing fund and performance analysis
  • Meeting pack preparation for existing and potential client meetings
  • Submitting fund switches and obtaining product valuations
  • Confirming receipt of client's funds and informing the client
  • Using all systems effectively to support your daily tasks
  • Any ad hoc requests the Partner may want you to undertake

Salary:
£27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
