Establishing standard operating procedures for services to ensure completeness of key data. Initiating any corrective actions necessary to provide assurance that data is complete, accurate and fit for purpose. Providing advice on response to policy or guidance (e.g.NICE guidelines) Supporting and ensuring delivery of the audit programme and other quality and safety metrics pertaining to the Directorate.
