Contracts Supervisor

Salary:
£26,000 - £30,000 P/A
ProGroup Recruitment currently have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Contracts Supervisor based in Newcastle.

You will be working for a Fire Protection company and your main day to day duties will be to assist the contracts manager to ensure all contracts are running as they should, as well as being the main point of contact for any client queries in relation to your designated contracts.

Hours required:
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Roles & Responsibilities:

Update the client's portal.
Ensure we comply with all KPIs.
Attend client meetings over teams
Deal with all client queries & install queries on your contract.
Handle all administration for your designated contracts.
Provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
To be able to build good rapports and maintain good client relationships
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
