The position - Accounts Assistant

Location - Bath (Pulteney Bridge)

Full time / Permanent

Flextime

The roles duties within the Accounts team are summarized below:
To process a high number of supplier invoices from multiple sources

To analyse and record a high level of student rental payments

To produce reports for the Finance Director on student income and expenditure

To verify and record credit card expenditure from multiple cards

Reconcile utility provider accounts

Liaise with the lettings team on various student payment issues and deposits

Any other duties as required by the Management Team.
