With their current Administration Manager entering the business as a QA Apprentice themselves - this is a fantastic opportunity for you to kickstart a rewarding career.

You will gain a Modern Apprenticeship in Digital Applications at SCQF Level 6 Diploma.


Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)


Salary:

£15,000 per annum


What will I learn?

  • Supporting the running of all payrolls from end to end
  • Ensuring the correct information is obtained and investigating any discrepancies
  • Assisting with input of data onto payroll system
  • Assisting with processing of all new starters and leavers, employee changes, sickness and statutory payments and deductions
  • Undertaking general administrative duties
  • Investigate and resolve all payroll related queries as required and liaising with Payroll Manager
  • Learning all legalisations and Laws for the department
  • Systems Used: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams, Zoom, Bright Pay, Xero, IRIS

You will need the following skills:

  • Passion for administration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Positive attitude
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously and part of a team

Future prospects:

Progression to Assistant Accounts Manager.


Important information:

Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager.

They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
