Single dwelling residence with a Phase I contract value upwards of £80m
In excess of 50,000 square feet of accommodation

The Role:

Site Manager to manager a 56k square feet section of the main residence.
Reporting to a Project Manager.
Manging subcontractors and artisan trades, ensuring the highest standard of workmanship and finish.
Absolutely must have experience of delivering super prime residential projects
Will have a proven track record and solid reputation in the prime residential market
Will be able to supply impeccable references
Main contracting experience preferred
High Spec fit out experience essential
