Description
The hotel is looking for a dynamic, sociable and well-organised Events and Sales Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for the planning, marketing and organising of weddings, business, corporate and social events. Salary negociatable.


You'll manage the process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation.

The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of a team.


Main responsibilities:
- liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
- produce detailed proposals for events
- handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
- organise a team of staff, giving full briefings
- issue invoices and take payments
- research opportunities for new clients and events

  • To cover reception when required

Required skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English
  • High level of computer skills and understanding of online marketing
28 days paid annual leave, meals on duty provided.

This position is available immediately.

Salary negotiable.

This position is full-time and office-based.
