  • 14:00 22:00 (which caries a 25% shift premium on specific hours)

Position:


  • Fixed term Contract (Internally known as a secondment) ending March 2023

About the role:


As our Operational Training Coordinator, you will support the site to deliver their operational training objectives through reviewing and auditing materials and create new training resources in line with SOPs.

You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with operational and support managers to ensure effective channels of communication and support and Deliver SOP writing, and training of new Partners and the contingent workforce

and/ or site


What you'll need:


  • Previous experience of working within a logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Previous experience in a training environment
  • Management of Partner and Agency relationships

What else you may bring:


  • A Level/Degree educated or equivalent
  • Capable of covering other operations to provide support as required
