What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a Billing Assistant to join our growing Finance team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • You'll provide a high level of customer service (internal and external customers) completing data inputs and reports
  • Interpreting contracts to find key billing information and setup contract information on the billing systems
  • Assisting with the completion of monthly billing run, raising manual invoices and credit notes
  • Resolving billing queries
  • Ensuring controls and processes in place are adhered to and highlight where improvements can be made
  • Involvement in wider finance initiatives to constantly evolve and improve the Group Finance function

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • Previous Billing, Contracting & Financial Administration experience
  • Minimum GCSE Level C or above in English and Maths
  • Strong communication skills, verbal & written
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
