What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a Billing Assistant to join our growing Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

You'll provide a high level of customer service (internal and external customers) completing data inputs and reports
Interpreting contracts to find key billing information and setup contract information on the billing systems
Assisting with the completion of monthly billing run, raising manual invoices and credit notes
Resolving billing queries
Ensuring controls and processes in place are adhered to and highlight where improvements can be made
Involvement in wider finance initiatives to constantly evolve and improve the Group Finance function

Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous Billing, Contracting & Financial Administration experience
Minimum GCSE Level C or above in English and Maths
Strong communication skills, verbal & written
Excellent attention to detail
Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
