Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are now seeking Trainee Mortgage Advisors to work for one of our quality estate agency & mortgage broker Appointed Representative's (AR) to be based in their SLEAFORD office. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE BASED ROLE, ONLY APPLICANTS LIVING LOCALLY WILLBE CONSIDERED.

You must have experience working in the property or finance industry and have successfully passed CeMAP, or equivalent, to offer mortgage & protection advice.

We are offering full academy training for the right individual looking to pursue a career in the Mortgage industry and you will be joining a fast paced business that is going to see some amazing changes in the next 12 months which we want you to be partof.

What we need from you?

CeMAP qualified or equivalent (CF1, CF6)
Track record in your current profession of working under pressure or within a busy environment
Passionate for delivering the BEST client outcomes. Reviews are important to us

Self motivated

Detail obsessed, conscientious and highly organised with exceptional time management skills, we move at speed and need you to keep up
Strong computer skills.

You will be provided with all the tools you need to succeed and become a successful advisor with earning potential in the region of £30-40K in your first year.

From the second year you could see earnings in the region of £50-60K once established. you getout what you put in

The academy runs for approximatley 4-6 weeks and you will be part of a team that plans to see positive change and we are continually growing and it's an exciting time for all of us, we want you to be part of the journey

Ideally, you will need at least 1 years' experience in the property and/or finance industry, this is your foundation for your new career
