Description

Our client, who are an established and successful business based in Herefordshire, are looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing a complete end-to-end relocation of the organisation.

This person will be required to manage the complete project, including:

Collating all Stakeholder Requirements for the different stages of Design/Fit Out of a new building (empty shell)
Liaising with the Contract Developer and other 3rd parties (outside of the scope of the contract developer)
Pulling together requirements for the Internal Set up, Furniture Orders, Fit Out, Movement of fixtures and infrastructure to new set up, and creating project plans to fulfil those requirements
Coordinating Move Plans, and their prereqs
Oversee all of the Dilapidations Process
Engaging with appropriate stakeholders to identify tasks needed to leave the current office (e.g. service changes due to location, address changes for contract, etc).
Disposal of Assets from Existing site and closedown of existing site
Working with Head of Legal and relevant business stakeholders
Manage contracts at existing site to cessation
Setup and agree contracts relating to new site
Budget management, and working with the Finance team
Weekly Reporting to Management Team
Working with HR to track their activities and ensure they're aligned with overall plan
Change Management i.e. ensuring colleagues are prepared/informed in a timely way (lead by HR, supported/tracked by PM)

This contract will be a combination of remote working, and onsite(s) in Herefordshire as required during the project.
