Salary -£22,000 - £25,000

The successful individual will represent the very best of the company image and ethos with professionalism and timely handling of issues as they arise; ensuring clients continue to receive ongoing value, service, and quality from the brand.
Duties following full training
- Be the daytoday first point of contact for the clients allocated to you
- Proactively communicate company updates with clients to manage expectations effectively, to ensure a positive relationship.
- Identify any risks to the relationship to ensure they are mitigated.
- Attend client meetings such as, but not limited to:
- Annual review meetings with all clients
- Measuring events with relevant client
- Design meetings for new product launches
- Additional care meetings for clients where relationships are at risk.
- Ensure next actions are completed within the promised timelines and ensure updates are communicated clearly and efficiently with the relevant departments internally, particularly with the Product Team for product requirements and with the Customer ServiceTeam for product information for customers.
- Have a clear understanding of the requirements, ensuring it is clearly communicated internally and presented correctly onlineOversee admin tasks delegated by the relationship manager(s)
- Project management of Measuring Events
- Annual Review Meeting schedule
- Annual Communications.
- Collating and maintaining specific information;
- Industry exhibition logistics
- Organising samples for meetings
- Meeting infopreparation
- Coordinating with Leedsbased departments to ensure smooth transition of information to SRM; particularly with the Product Team (launch, development & purchasing
- Participate in sales presentations including preparation, as required by the Managing Director.
- Attend industry exhibitions as a representative of the brand
Full UK driver's license
Strong communications skills
