The role of Recruitment Advisor is to provide a highly professional and efficient customer service by receiving calls promptly and efficiently, identifying the caller's requirements while projecting the Company's image in a courteous and helpful manner.

Main Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with prospective students and company stakeholders.
  • Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services, managing complaints accordingly and in a timely manner, escalating where needed and following GBS complaint procedure.
  • Ensure customer data is recorded accurately and in a timely fashion into all appropriate systems.
  • Support the development of the student journey by identifying and reporting back on issues and trends.
  • Travel to other GBS campuses may be required from time to time, in accordance with business need.
Entry requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Able to communicate effectively, with empathy, by phone and in writing.
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
  • Commitment to providing a firstclass service to contacts.
  • Experience of working positively and effectively with others.
  • Able to receive and process information quickly and accurately under time pressure.
  • Welldeveloped skills in organising self (tasks, priorities, and time)
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in using a Switchboard system (desirable)
  • Takes initiative and ownership, gets things done.

Things to consider

Starting salary of £18,000 progressing up to £25,000 upon completion + performance based bonus.
