Description

We have a vacancy for two Immigration Caseworkers.

The Role


The applicant is not required to participate in advocacy work other than attending Case Management Review hearings as and when required.

Drafting Witness Statements, Skeleton Arguments, representations and other complex documents.


Ensuring all contact with the client and other action taken in respect of the case is recorded on attendance notes and regularly updated on the database.

Liaising with Immigration Authorities and other agencies as and when required.

Being in a position to advise clients on asylum and immigration law.

Meeting specified casework and other targets as set by the supervisor.


To be required to keep up to date, at all times, with changes to Immigration & Asylum Law by reading and attending training events and using information which the firm provides.

Salary - variable on experience and qualification.

Qualifications in the Immigration & Asylum Accreditation Scheme would be beneficial.

£19,034.66-£22,000.00 per year
