Description
Ensure adequate staff cover is in place, at the agreed levels to meet the serviceneeds ensuring that staff rosters are fair and equitable collating and approvingBank time-sheets; and all electronic systems are fully undated to ensureaccuracy.
Identify and escalate any unplanned staff shortage through leave absence,sickness, or vacancy to a Manager as early as possible.Authorise leave, identifying any absences and apply relevant policy andprocedure, in conjunction with HR support as required.
Deliver induction for new employees and provide mentorship and training forthe team to improve performance, and ensure all statutory and mandatorytraining is completed.
Ensure all staff have Performance Development Reviews that have clearobjectives, expectations and to identify any additional support or training needsrequired.
