Essential Qualifications
HNC/HND/BA or BSc Construction - Management/Design or Architecture related degree


Experience

  • Proven background as a Design Coordinator or Architectural Technician on Design & Build Projects
  • Ability to coordinate information to the design team from outline design to detailed design
  • Assist in the production of costeffective designs to required timelines and construction deadlines.
  • Input into value engineering exercises with a view to improving the client experience
  • Produce design programmes/controls for timely information release to procurement and construction teams.
  • Have attended design team meetings and spent time on site.
