The Sous Chef will be supporting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the Hospitality kitchen, managing a small team of Chefs.

Producing food to the highest standards is essential at this premium site, using the finest ingredients available. The role it's self will consist of fine dining, bowl food, canapes & events.

This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to showcase their skills.

The ideal Chef should be from a similar environment or from a high profile hotel/restaurant setting with high standards of food preparation.
