Job overview:

Cornwall CAMHS is offering a new Developmental Post for Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy. The successful applicant will initially be employed at Band 7, progressing into a Band 8 position after two years. Progression will be based on the successful completion of competencies. This post will be based in Truro's Locality CAMHS, the Mid of the county. The successful applicant will be well supported in their development by senior Child Psychotherapists within the service.

Developmental competencies will be agreed with them in consideration of their current level of experience and the step up to a Band 8a job description.

As a service, we are actively seeking to develop our therapeutic offer for children and young people, with exciting research taking place into how we can use our resource-rich natural environment to support our work.
