Typical duties will include:

  • Taking incoming calls and directing through to the correct team within Lettings & Property Management
  • Managing the post for the Head Office
  • Greeting all visitors into the Head Office
  • Managing all keys in and out of the office
  • Assisting the Lettings & Property Management teams with general administration
  • Providing support to the different teams where required due to annual leave / sickness
  • Liaising with solicitors for the purposes of signing off all statutory declarations
  • Liaising with local authorities and energy suppliers in the event of disputes
  • Managing contractors finding new contractors and getting them signed up and added to the system


This is an extremely fast paced role, as aside from the typical daily duties, you will be working closely with the Head of Lettings and Property Management on adhoc projects, completing internal data audits and preparing various reports, therefore you will need to be highly computer literate and have the ability to manage a busy workload.
