The Employment Team


Our Employment team works wide range of mainly employer clients across East Anglia (but also nationally) and undertakes a broad range of HR advisory work.


The Role


We are looking for an Associate to join our team to deliver effective legal advice and representation for clients of the firm.


You will be:

  • Advising mainly employer clients in writing, in person and by telephone, on a wide range of HR and Employment Law matters
  • Working alongside colleagues, including those conducting HR Consultancy work, to achieve favourable outcomes for our clients
  • Preparing, drafting and negotiating documents covering a broad range of employment law issues including (but not limited to) Settlement Agreements, Employment Contracts and HR Policies and Service Agreements
  • Representing mainly employer clients in Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Working across the firm's broad geographic footprint to deliver services to clients
  • Preparing and presenting materials at seminars and assisting in the preparation, presentation and execution of tender bids where appropriate
  • Taking an active role in business development and networking activities

Knowledge, skills and experience required


You will be a qualified solicitor and we would like you to have a broad range of employment-based experience in a similar environment.
