Administration Service Lead - Redhill, United Kingdom - First Community Health and Care
Description
The post holder is responsible for: Ensuring that all administrative processes across admin teams are efficient and effective. Supporting the MSK service lead. Line managing the Band 4 office co-ordinators. Proactively managing the workflow of the administration teams having oversight of workload and cover, recruiting and inducting new staff members.
Ensuring all administration staff are suitably trained and identifying training and support required by individuals and managing performance. Starting to progress the formation of a new integrated admin team from the existing admin teams. Being an excellent role model for the administration team, always demonstrating First Community Health and Care Values and behaviours. Identifying new technologies and/or opportunities for staff deployment to improve the efficiency of workload management.
Working with a high level of independence to consistently deliver a client focussed service, which promotes good customer service and effective working relationships.
Being the facility site co-ordinator and liaison for Estates and Health and Safety for the sites within First Community that the MSK team work from.
