- £25,200 per annum plus service charge

Bartender devoted to turning moments into memories for our guests.

As a
Bartender you will be an ambassador for the exceptional service and flavours that are hallmarks of our restaurant, bar and lounge experience.

Your creative flair and passion for beverage will lead the Bar team to superior beverage experiences for our guests. As a
Bartender, you will ensure excellent service, compliance with the service standards, monitor quality and assist with training. Your attention to detail and passion for the craft will make our bar the place to be

What we are looking for:

At least 2 years' luxury experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset
A handson professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire the Food & Beverage team members
A passion for beverages and bespoke drinks along with a a desire to learn and progress
Personal alcohol license is desirable
