A fantastic opportunity has arisen at a fast growth PE-backed tech business who are currently in the market for a CFO and offering a hybrid work model.

The business requires a CFO to help support them through the next stage of their growth working closelywith the CEO, COO, CCO and the rest of the leadership team.


Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and grow the Finance function
  • Leading Corporate Development and other Strategic Projects
  • Working across 4 main areas including:
  • Financial Management
  • Strategy & Commercial
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations
  • Team and Leadership
  • Identifying performance gaps and areas for potential improvement
  • Stakeholder management with the PE backers
  • Liaising and negotiating with the bank

Requirements:

You are ACA, ICAS or CIMA qualified with experience scaling fast growth, successful start-up businesses with international operations.

  • A proven track record of working within PE backed businesses
  • At least 5 years as a CFO in startup, highgrowth businesses
  • Fund raising experience at least to Series B
  • A desirable experience is if you have led a business through an exit or IPO
  • Have strong financial modelling experience
  • Any experience of M&A and Venture Debt is a bonus
  • All round tax knowledge
