Living within the Vale of Glamorgan and having knowledge of the local area will be an advantage.

The ability to adapt quickly to new software will be a prerequisite as will being able to closely follow strict systems and controls with an eye for detail.

CPD (Continuing Professional Development) - Within 12 months of starting employment, all full time negotiators must become qualified with an A Level equivalent, fully-funded, Level 3 Award in the sale or let of residential property.

Lettings Negotiator - Full Time Position only (Llantwit Major office)
No previous experience is necessary as training is provided from a Propertymark qualified line manager or company director.

5 weekdays 9am - 5:30pm.

£20,475 per annum rising to £21,250 upon passing industry exams.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

45 pence per mile business mileage allowance - clean licence and car
essential
Comfortable air-conditioned offices
