    Job Description

    As an Analyst PTP in the Finance Function, you will work closely with the Manager of PTP within Hilton's UK Centre of Excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to provide control oversight of the Procure to Pay process and correct expenditure accounting within Hilton.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Control Oversight: Ensure payment performance is optimized, financial controls are complied with, and performance metric targets are achieved right first time.
    • Process Improvement: Identify areas to optimize delivery within your area of end-to-end control, and develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to deliver optimal operational delivery.
    • Data Analysis: Leverage data mining and analysis skills to agree and drive evidence-based interventions needed to ensure targets are met and optimized.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant working experience in lieu thereof.
    • Relevant analytical work experience including data analysis in finance or financial service high volume, high value transaction processing functions.
    • Exceptional critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
    • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
