Description

Panoramic Care are currently seeking an Interim Finance Assistant to join the team in a school setting for a period of 12 weeks starting immediately.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be working closely with the Finance Officer and Finance Manager to manage all finance responsibilities.

Temp to permanent option


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Manage petty cash
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll
  • Assist in the management of procurement processes

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a finance assistant role
  • Education experience highly desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • FMS or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
From £15.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Greater London:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
