LIP Ladies in Power is hiring and looking for a Podcast Producer to join the POWER team at our Brand New Central London HQ.

LIP Ladies in Power is on track to be the Global leaders in Mindset, Motivation Networking wit both virtually & in - person Events.

Lips Main objective is to inspire and connect ladies all around the Globe with positive energy and life helping ladies find their purports and power.

Relaunching our Powerful Podcast with Celebrity Guests and inspirational characters.

Job Summary:
As a Podcast Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation, production, and distribution of high-quality podcast content.

You will work closely with host Lady Charlotte, writers, editors, and other production staff to ensure that shows are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with guests, sponsors, and other partners.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the production schedule for podcast episodes
• Coordinate with hosts, writers, and editors to ensure that content is engaging, informative, and entertaining
• Collaborate with audio engineers to ensure sound quality is topnotch
• Manage the technical aspects of podcast distribution, including uploading and publishing episodes to various platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with guests, sponsors, and other partners
• Assist with marketing efforts to promote the podcast and grow its audience
• Monitor and analyze audience feedback to continually improve the podcast's quality and relevance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in podcast production or related field
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in audio editing software and podcasting platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for podcasts and the ability to stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Salary:
£38,980.00-£42,978.00 per year
