This role will see the successful applicant support the Director of two businesses, an emerging hospitality brand and an established design studio.

The design studio is a vibrant Soho-based practice - a collaborative team that brings together architecture, interior design, and graphics and the hospitality brand is a company creating spaces for art, food and supplies.


This will be a busy and varied role and will be an opportunity to be a key member of the team.

Previous PA experience is required, preferably within the design/creative/arts industry. You will be predominately office based to be able to work closely with the Director on a daily basis.


Please note this is a 12-14 month maternity leave role, with an intended start date of the beginning of June.

There is is the potential for the role to transition to a permanent one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Management of rolling hourly/daily to do list
  • Liaising with, and keeping up to date with project teams
  • Administration of new business leads / activity
  • Scheduling and writing agenda for monthly Board & Director meeting
  • Travel and restaurant bookings as required

Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in a PA or Team Secretary role, ideally within the design/creative/arts sector
  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Outlook, Teams, Windows & Excel
  • Experience working with InDesign and CMAP would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confident, outgoing and selfsufficient

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12-14 months


Salary:
£32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
