Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self
- motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. We are an established training provider, moving to a new site in Canning Town who are currently recruiting for a team to support an exciting new project.


Role and Responsibilities


Working in a key role to support the recruitment of learners who will move into specific jobs within Green Skills, Construction, Fibre Optic and Hospitality positions with various employers across the region.

The role will be responsible for;

  • Managing the recruitment processes in line with company standards and requirements
  • Engaging with Customers/Learners and supporting them throughout their learner journey
  • Liaising with Employer Engagement Team
  • Supporting trainers / tutors and working closely to forge effective relationships with learners
  • Liaising with partners
  • Identifying opportunities to drive referrals to meet targets
  • Supporting recruitment / Open Days
  • Providing information as required to support the overall project
  • Matching learners to vacancies / tracking progress throughout the project

£26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
