Working in Chobham (with parking)

Initially would be 2 weeks and extend week by week

The role is office based and hours are 9am till 5pm.

This is a sole role, so a self starter is a must

The company has about 200k of product to buy and get sent out.

The role is dealing with the purchasing which includes

  • Dealing with drop shipping to customers
  • Raising / checking PO numbers
  • Dealing with suppliers
  • Communicating with customers
  • Delivery coordination ensuring someone is onsite to take delivery (as some of the items are too bulky for the customers, ensure someone is sent to site to take delivery)
  • Sending out invoices
  • Dealing with other deliveries, picking and packing as needed (as this is a SME client, it's a 'muck in' type of company)


After 2 weeks should the role go on further there will be bill processing and some accounts payable side in Xero.
