Join our team at Inverness Airport as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative for Enterprise Mobility.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers renting vehicles for their travel needs.

Employees will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings. The contract will be for 30 to 45 hours per week, based on availability. Further details regarding specific working patterns will be discussed during the interview process. You will be paid an hourly rate of £11.64.


Responsibilities:


Key Responsibilities, but not limited:

  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival at the rental counter, assisting them with the rental process from start to finish
  • Provide information about available vehicle options, rental rates, and additional services such as insurance coverage and GPS navigation systems
  • Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and signed by the customer
  • Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental periods, noting any preexisting damage and explaining the return procedures
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage into rental vehicles, ensuring that they are comfortable and familiar with the vehicle's features before departure
  • Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers regarding their rental experience, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding vehicle maintenance, safety, and security, adhering to all regulatory requirements
  • Provide excellent aftersales support, including assisting customers with returning vehicles, processing payments, and resolving billing discrepancies

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customerfocused attitude
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
