Description

We are looking for a cleaner to clean a welfare unit, for the new school which will start construction in June 2024.

10 cabin units will be onsite and will require cleaning every day for 5 hours. The cabins will consist of an office unit; a meeting room; a canteen; toilets and a drying room.

Interviews will take place on asap.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms
  • Empty rubbish and replace rubbish bags
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and hightraffic areas
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Skills:


  • Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
  • Time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 41 weeks


Pay:
£9.00-£11.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 25 per week
