Pendo is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Specialist to support our DACH expansion.

In this role, you will help drive the marketing strategy and execution in DACH to create demand and awareness for Pendo.

Working closely with the DACH sales team, you will create and execute targeted marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel.

You will be responsible for collaborating proactively with the Global and EMEA marketing teams to ensure you know which marketing activities are live in your region, and presenting on those activities to your regional sales team.

Proven experience in various marketing techniques including online & traditional demand generation marketing is required.

Attention to detail is crucial as well as the ability to manage and own projects from conception through follow-up.

Role Responsibilities

Build the regional marketing plan (in collaboration with the EMEA marketing team), and own the KPIs for the region.
Management of all inregion events (inperson or virtual), including: webinars, workshops, executive dinners, and third party conference sponsorships.
Collaborate proactively with the Global and EMEA marketing teams to maintain awareness of which campaigns, content, content syndication, digital marketing (Google, LinkedIn), PR, and nurtures are live in your region.
Lead localization & translation of the above for your region.
Execute inregion customer, partner, and community marketing.
Execute inregion ABM programs in close collaboration with the EMEA marketing team.
Own creation of case studies in your region.
Manage swag and direct mail for your region.
Ability to track invoices and manage the regional budget.
Clone & monitor dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to track, measure, and evaluate program effectiveness/ROI at the country level.
Work directly with sales across all segments (Enterprise and Commercial) to ensure lead followup and conversion.
Present weekly updates to your local sales team, and quarterly performance updates to the wider EMEA sales team.
As inperson events and travel resume, this position may occasionally require working or traveling outside of hours (including some weekends) for event setup/prep.

Minimum Qualifications

Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
3+ years experience in a similar role.
3+ years event planning/management experience, both owned and thirdparty.
1+ year experience working with Marketo and Salesforce
Advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/Powerpoint.
Meticulous tracking & organization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with accountbased marketing techniques and platforms.
Experience with Looker, or similar analytics platforms.
Any other language fluencies

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected salary range for this role to be performed in London is 50, ,000 EUROS
