Senior Care Assistant - £12 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Care Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Holmehurst Residential Home.

This is a 19 bed residential care home and is privately owned. We have a dedicated team of staff on hand and are looking to expand. Our home is dedicated to providing a personal service. We pride ourselves in maintaining high standards of care.

Holmehurst also prides itself on offering a happy, warm, loving, and secure environment, where individuals can feel truly valued and cared for.

We are looking for a dynamic full time Senior Care Assistant to join us.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire committed care assistants.
Scheduled in an oncall rota, which is paid separately.
Administer medication.
Maintain clear and accurate records.
Ensure the safety and comfort of residents.
Provide personal care as and when needed.
Adhere to clients' care plans and risk assessments.
Assisting our residents as necessary.

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
Medication Training.
Previous experience working as a Senior Carer preferred.
Friendly and personable.
