- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office productivity software
- Comfortable working with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and document management
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,623.00-£19,527.00 per year
