As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.

Duties:


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
  • Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and vendors with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Skills:


  • Proficient in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or other office productivity software
  • Comfortable working with computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong clerical skills including typing, filing, and document management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£18,623.00-£19,527.00 per year
