We are looking for an experienced manager to lead the operations of a property management company. In this role you will be required to manage the remote team and all teams working on the property. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience in hospitality and customer service centre management.


This position requires someone who is willing to have a flexible schedule, which includes working on weekends, since this industry is primarily busy during the weekends.


Qualifications:


  • An Undergraduate degree
  • Requires basic knowledge of business operations
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership and management positions
  • Preferred experience in hospitality and customer service centre management

Requirements:


Responsibilities:

The Operations Manager role is a dynamic one, responsible for both the on-site and remote teams.

While the responsibilities are wide, the key ones are listed below:


  • Be the manager for both onsite and offsite Ops teams
  • Plan and direct the main operational functions including but not limited to property maintenance, housekeeping, guest communication and compliance (legal, fire, health & safety, etc.)
  • Oversee the work of hotel coordinators and remote line managers, offer feedback for improvements
  • Accountable for the setup of new properties and liaise with line managers regarding their tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction related to service delivery and guest communication (call centre team)
  • Ensure the agreed standard level of service is maintained across all properties which includes overseeing the work of all hotel coordinators
  • Ensure all properties are functioning in the most costeffective way
  • Develop and implement quality control measures and ensure they are followed at each property
  • Review monthly reports from remote line managers and collaborate with them to improve the relevant KPIs (e.g. OTA review score, number of complaints, refunds)
  • Oversee procurement and inventory management
  • Lead the recruitment and training of line managers
