Element Recruitment are working with a growing consultancy business based in Bristol who are looking for an Office Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

In this role you will provide daily support to the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth and effectiverunning of the function within the wider business.

Competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with a fantastic benefits package and flexible working on completion on probation.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Key responsibilities:

  • Issuing, reviewing and amending terms of business and contracts for clients
  • Generating reports on Excel for the wider business, including statistics, weekly performance, system usage, etc.
  • First point of contact for the finance department, IT department, facilities company, and all external suppliers
  • Managing HR for the office; contracts, onboarding, employee record keeping and expense approvals
  • CRM management
  • Daily running of the office, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner
  • Offering general support to other teams and departments that may need it
  • Ad hoc project work as required

About you:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • IT literate using MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Process driven
- positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things
