Element Recruitment are working with a growing consultancy business based in Bristol who are looking for an Office Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
In this role you will provide daily support to the Office Manager, ensuring the smooth and effectiverunning of the function within the wider business.
Competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 with a fantastic benefits package and flexible working on completion on probation.Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Key responsibilities:
- Issuing, reviewing and amending terms of business and contracts for clients
- Generating reports on Excel for the wider business, including statistics, weekly performance, system usage, etc.
- First point of contact for the finance department, IT department, facilities company, and all external suppliers
- Managing HR for the office; contracts, onboarding, employee record keeping and expense approvals
- CRM management
- Daily running of the office, ensuring that supplies are ordered in a timely manner
- Offering general support to other teams and departments that may need it
- Ad hoc project work as required
About you:
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- IT literate using MS office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Process driven
