Description

Very flexible, part-time Finance Manager role in this sustainability focused community enterprise. Would suit a retired or semi-retired finance professional looking to give something back.

We're looking for an experienced finance person to confidently manage The Community Farm finances.

As a small organisation, there's plenty of scope within our Finance Manager role to be part of key decisions and operations from food and farming, to communitiesand wildlife.

You will be responsible for ensuring financial stability and cashflow to fund The Farm's activities.

You need to be confident creating forecasts and supporting the Senior Team to work within their budgets, ensuring the team responds swiftly to changes thatimpact The Farm's finances.

You'll be supported by the Finance and Administrative Assistant responsible for processing day to day financial transactions and the Fundraiser leading on grants and donations.

As a key member of the Senior Team, you'll need tobe just as happy working with people as you are with numbers
