Key Responsibilities:

Managing the workload across the composites shop.
Understanding of customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
Working with Engineering and manufacturing engineers to understand technical content of new projects.
Ensuring the Supervisors are aware of business priorities and how this relates to work on shelf / Work To Lists (WTL).
Support Supervisors with increasing efficiency and maintaining discipline of the wider team.
Work closely with the Quality and Inspection Teams to solve quality concerns.
Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of tools and other factory equipment.

Required knowledge/experience:

Composite / Laminator / Trimmer background or other production manufacturing background.
Knowledge of composite processes.
Strong people management skills.
Understanding of quality issues arising in composite components and able to support with technical resolutions for these.

The Role & Hours:

This is an on-site role, 37hrs per week.

Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm

Friday 8am to 3.30pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£40,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
