This Adult Care Worker Level 2 Apprenticeship is ideal for front-line staff helping adults with care and support needs to achieve their personal goals and live as independently and safely as possible, enabling them to have control and choice in their lives.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, job roles might include:

  • Care Assistant
  • Care
Worker

  • Support Worker
  • Personal Assistant
  • Relief Team Worker
  • Support Worker
  • Key Worker in Domiciliary Services, Day Services or Residential Settings
  • Home Care Support Worker
  • Substance Misuse Worker
  • Learning Disability Support Worker
  • Mental Health Support Worker or Outreach Worker
  • Reenablement Worker

Duration:12 months


What will the apprentice achieve?

  • Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care
  • Level 1 English and Maths (If not completed prior to starting the programme).

Job Types:
Part-time, Temporary contract

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£5.28-£10.42 per hour
