Description
Our Leicester City Centre based client are looking to recruit a Administration Assistant for a full-time temporary position, working Monday - Friday 37 hours per week.
The Administration Assistant role will mainly cover the following tasks.
Provide day to day Administration support and guidance to line managers, being the first port of call for queries and delivering a high quality, customer focused, robust and efficient service to managers and external customers.
Provide effective, timely and efficient administration of the employment lifecycle processes and services ensuring compliance with legislation, university procedures, departmental processes and service level agreements.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers, embedding a customer service ethos to the HR department.
Draft and issue contracts of employment using standard templates in line with our Service Level Agreement, including coordinating pre-employment checks and proactive communication with managers and new employees throughout.
