Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Organize and manage the schedules of team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and chauffeurs
  • Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
  • Assist with research and preparation of reports and presentations
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle personal tasks and errands for team members as requested

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred

Salary and Benefits:

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
