Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the schedules of team members
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels and chauffeurs
- Plan and organize meetings, including preparing agendas
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Assist with research and preparation of reports and presentations
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
- Handle personal tasks and errands for team members as requested
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role preferred
Salary and Benefits:

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
