Production
Assembly Operatives to work with our client who are based in Rumney, Cardiff.

Responsibilities:

Accept responsibility for the quality of the work you produce.
Always work to the highest quality standards.
Comply with health & safety, housekeeping, environmental, quality, and human resources policies and procedures.
Record the quantity produced and materials used accurately and promptly in the Vantage system.
Train other team members to operate equipment or carry out production tasks safely and to the required quality standards.
Learn new skills as required so that the production team can be flexible.
Ensure that your workplace is maintained in a safe and tidy condition throughout the working day, and particularly at the end of each shift.
Ensure you understand the risk assessments and safe working practices for your area.

Working Hours:40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 6:00am - 4:00pm.
Plus occasional 8 hour overtime shift offered on a Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.

Salary:
£10.50 per hour increasing to £11.76 per hour following successful probation period. Plus Friday's overtime shift paid at x1.5 overtime rate = £15.75 per hour.
