We're on the lookout for a part time Accounts Administrator to join our Finance Team on a fixed term basis.

You will take part in all aspects of finance administration, working closely with the Ledgers Manager and the other Accountants.


What you'll be doing

  • Managing the Accounts inbox and Ticketing system which processes incoming requests and invoices.
- debt making notes on the accounts system on progress and expected payment dates.

  • Referring Account Management/Legacy credit control issue to the Ledgers Manager.
  • Assist with Account Payable posting invoices and cash where possible.
  • Dealing with any general queries including updating records for address changes, contact names and any
- other minor queries.

We would love someone with

We are keen to hear from you if you have -

  • Experience of Credit Control and Accounts Payable ledgers.
  • Experience of working with accounts systems, processing transactions and dealing with queries.
  • Methodical and organised in their approach to work.
  • Ability to work remotely and be motivated with access to remote support from the team.
  • Requirement for only part time hours 20 per week.
