Our multi-disciplined client is a well-established residential and commercial surveying practice, with decades of experience in the field.

After several years of growth within their client portolio they are now seeking surveyors to join and help carry out both residential and commercial works, within the UK.

The Building Surveyor will be working on a broad range of surveys including Level 3 Building Surveys, Homebuyers and also other technical areas.

The Surveyor will be a key member of the team with a fantastic prospects to progress in the business.

Building Surveyor Position Overview

Core focus on residential surveying and commercial works, with some broader projects aspect to the role also.
Efficiently communicating and updating clients and building strong relationships within the company portfolio.
Liaising with fellow professionals and other members of the wider team.
Maintaining excellent safety and design standards, keeping abreast of industry regulations.
Organised, transparant and efficient in work approach.
Preparing costs, updating costs and providing reports to senior management in terms of deadlines, progress and feedback.

Key requirements:

Strong background as Building Surveyor in both residential and commercial works.
AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified (or an equivalent professional body)
Full UK driving licence
