**Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator**

**Location**:Pontypridd (hybrid working, 1 - 2 days per week in the office)

**Introduction**

An exciting opportunity to join TfW as a Health Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator to act as the main contact for meeting arrangements and HSW team events, including travel. Will work interdependently with all HSW Team members to support, guide and share information helping the team become truly inter-reliant and provide a best-in-class service to the business.

**Role responsibilities**

You'll support the Safety Sustainability and Risk team with administrative duties, coordinating meetings, setting agendas and concise minute-taking with identified actions. This will include working with other colleagues across TfW and being the secretariate for the Health Safety and Wellbeing committee.

You'll prepare and arrange meetings for the Safety Sustainability and Risk team ensuring the agenda, information packs and minutes are undertaken. To ensure actions are recorded and distributed to the relevant parties in a timely manner.

You will Coordinate the administration of our professional memberships, services and inspection systems (Rail Safety Standards Board, Sentinel, iAuditor, etc.) by tracking membership information and liaising with the appropriate bodies to ensure up-to-date compliance.

**You'll need to have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
- Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative and coordination role.
- Ability to demonstrate good planning and prioritisation to deliver work to a high standard and by the required deadline.
- Flexible approach with ability to prioritise workload and adhere to tight timescales whilst maintaining attention to detail.

Byddwch yn rheoli'r contract ar gyfer ein Hyfforddiant Diogelwch Personol ar y Cledrau drwy sicrhau bod cofnodion a hyfforddiant yn gyfredol ac yn cydymffurfio, a bod yn un pwynt cyswllt ar gyfer pob ymholiad, cais am hyfforddiant a gweinyddiaeth berthnasol er mwyn cydymffurfio â Safonau TrC.

Byddwch yn gyfrifol am archebu a darparu cyfarpar diogelu personol (PPE) drwy gysylltu â chaffael, cysylltu â chyflenwyr trydydd parti a chodi'r Gorchymyn Prynu priodol i sicrhau bod yr holl staff safle yn cydymffurfio â safonau Iechyd a Diogelwch.

Byddwch yn monitro a chynnal ein system Adrodd ar Ddamweiniau Fu Bron â Digwydd a Damweiniau/Digwyddiadau drwy oruchwylio bod pob damwain, digwyddiad a damwain fu bron â digwydd yn cael eu riportio, eu cofnodi ac yr ymchwilir iddynt yn briodol gyda'r bwriad o sicrhau bod camau gweithredu priodol
