Purpose and Key responsibilities
- Responsibility to operate the AOI machines
- PCBA inspection
- Identify and classify PCBA assembly issues
- Capable of First Off inspections on solder and paste
- Capable of polarity checks
- Working with the surface mount team to ensure high quality and productivity
Essential skills:
- Previous experience of working in an Electronics manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SMT components
- Previous experience of inspecting SMT PCB assemblies
- Knowledge of IPC 610 requirements
- Work as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications
- IPC 610 CIS certified
- Previous experience of reworking SMT PCB assemblies
- Previous experience of using an SMT rework station
- Previous experience of working with Aegis (MES)
- IPC 610 CIS
- Qualification in Electronics
