This is an exciting opportunity in a soft sales role for someone who is motivated to make excellent commission in an ethical way.

Exciting Opportunity
We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic about sales and the remuneration that successful selling can bring.

With an uncapped commission structure and a company that is generating more leads than it can process currently, there is huge potential to capitalise on this growth whilst also making a positive difference to peoples lives.


The Role


On a typical day you will speak to a number of different learners, both inbound and outbound calls, with an average customer converting into a sale usually within 24 hours.

Some leads will take a little longer and others may take a few weeks or even months. Being organised and scheduling in your call backs will be essential to maximise your bonus potential. There are both individual and team bonuses to work towards with additional benefits on top of the extra pay.


The Business
The business is a fast-growing EdTech company with a refreshing approach and a casual dress code. You will be selling courses and exams to people that need them and have shown interest in our service.

As one of the best service providers in the country, you will be selling a truly excellent product that will benefit the people you are selling to.

We do not advocate hard sales tactics and you shouldn't need to do this as the service sells itself, we just need to speak to and inform as many potential customers as possible highlighting the benefits of our service.


All sales leads are inbound by those who have signed up to the service or have submitted a form showing interest.

There are so many sales leads to go at, all your focus would be on identifying the leads that are most likely to convert before spending your time building rapport with customers and increasing the conversion rate.

This is very much a support based sales role, whereby the better the support you provide the more sales you will achieve.
