Are you an experienced Senior IT Technician, looking to work in a Technical Project Manager role?


I am working with a well established and growing MSP based in Billericay, they are looking for an experienced Senior Technician to take a client facing role.

This will be working closely with the Technical Director, consulting with clients, developing projecttime frames and engineering the upgrades and migrations.


This is a role that will require technical skill, a willingness to consult with clients and plan and manage the technical projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Client facing role delivering and consultative approach to technical project planning and delivery.
  • Prepare, plan and manage projects effectively.
  • Review and improve project delivery processes and procedures.
  • Prepare, plan and implement secure and compliant technical solutions onsite and remotely.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve escalated issues or those directly appointed to senior level.
  • Mentor and knowledge share junior technicians.

Skills & Experience:

  • Project Management from technical scope to delivery.
  • Experience running Office 365 Migrations, Hyper V clusters and RDS role out.
  • Indepth experience with SharePoint setups, 365 migrations and general maintenance.
  • Cloud Technologies (Azure & AWS)
  • Setting up & trouble shooting Networks (FortiGate, Firewalls, VLANs, Managed Switches)
  • Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V and VMware)
  • Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2008,2012,2016 and 2019)
